Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer - Data Center Solutions & Architecture
Dallas, TX
Compensation to: $200k+
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership for designing and implementing Data Centers and large-scale, mission-critical power infrastructure projects.
This role will oversee electrical system architecture, including high-voltage distribution, backup power systems, switchgear, grounding, protection and coordination studies, arc flash analysis, and power quality considerations.
Responsibilities include reviewing and approving engineering designs, mentoring junior engineers, supporting customer and regulatory interactions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in complex electrical power systems within data centers, utilities, industrial facilities, or other critical infrastructure environments. Experience with power system analysis tools, utility coordination, commissioning activities, and emerging power distribution technologies is highly desirable.
