This role will own and evolve the frameworks for OKRs and Benefits Realisation across the transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic objectives translate into measurable outcomes and value delivery. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office, you will work directly with the Business / portfolio and program leads, embedding best practice and providing executive-level insights on progress against key results and benefits Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role. Your new role Design, maintain, and continuously improve OKR and Benefits Realisation frameworks, and the communication thereof (ensuring alignment to Enterprise wide frameworks) Ensure alignment of OKRs with enterprise strategy and portfolio priorities Embed frameworks across programs and initiatives, providing guidance and assurance on consistent application Provide a holistic view back to the Business Leads/stakeholders around how OKR, benefits and initiatives interlock Analysis of maturity of the frameworks in the business functions and Division to define development and support needs Define governance processes for benefits tracking and OKR reporting Aggregate benefits across programs and map them to key results Produce executive-level reporting and insights for forums, steering committees, and leadership teams About you Significant experience in portfolio governance, benefits management, and OKR frameworks within large-scale transformation programs Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level Agility and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced transformation/change environment Financial services/insurance experience is desirable but not essential Benefits We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
