We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager with a strong commercial background in iGaming to drive strategic partnerships and expand business across international markets. This role is focused on building relationships with major operators, leading complex negotiations, and converting high-value opportunities into long-term partnerships. Role is based in Limassol, Cyprus (relocation is provided by the company). Responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition by targeting Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators within the iGaming ecosystem Manage the entire sales process independently, from initial outreach and relationship building to contract negotiations and deal closure Present platform capabilities and technical solutions in a commercially compelling way, including gamification mechanics, adaptive bonus systems, AI-driven personalization, and analytics tools Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across target markets Represent the business at international industry conferences and networking events such as ICE, iGB, and Sigma Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence within CRM systems Monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities within the market Requirements: 5+ years of B2B sales experience within iGaming or Betting environments Established network of C-level and Head-level contacts among iGaming operators Strong understanding of platform infrastructure, including API integrations, payment gateways, and compliance processes such as KYC/AML Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets and closing complex SaaS or platform deals Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage sophisticated commercial discussions Ability to independently own and drive long sales cycles Willingness to travel frequently for partner meetings and international industry events Languages proficiency: at least Upper-intermediate level of English What’s in it for you: Challenging projects and opportunities for continuous professional growth 24 working days of paid annual leave Private medical insurance Competitive compensation package Team-building activities and corporate events Comprehensive relocation support to Cyprus for you and your family
