Due to continued growth and a significant project backlog, they are seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a major advanced manufacturing project in Boise, Idaho.
This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on one of the largest and most significant construction programs currently underway in North America, while joining a company known for investing in its people and promoting from within.
Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. The role will oversee project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, client relationships, safety, quality, and overall project performance.
Working closely with field leadership, project executives, engineers, and trade partners, this individual will drive projects from preconstruction through turnover while ensuring all client objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and reporting.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Drive schedule development and monitor project progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, field leadership, and project teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Review contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members.
• Maintain strong communication with owners, consultants, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Project Manager: Typically 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Senior Project Manager: Typically 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, mission critical, power, energy, healthcare, aviation, or laboratory projects.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar construction projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
