HV Project Manager – Sweden Location: Sweden Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract Salary: €10,000 Net per Month + Accommodation, Flights & Visa Support We are recruiting for an experienced HV Project Manager to join a major power infrastructure project in Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-voltage transmission and substation works on a large-scale energy programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery from planning and execution through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle delivery of HV transmission and substation projects. Lead project teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and client stakeholders. Monitor programme, cost, quality, and project risks. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and HSE requirements. Drive project schedules and manage critical milestones. Oversee contract administration, change management, and project reporting. Support testing, commissioning, energisation, and final handover activities. Requirements Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager delivering HV transmission, substation, or power infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of HV electrical systems, substations, and grid infrastructure. Experience managing EPC contractors and multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Previous experience on European energy or utility projects is advantageous. Fluent English communication skills are essential.
