Job Summary: As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the B2B/B2C portal roadmap for internal users and external client persona, driving product strategy and execution to solve critical challenges related to platform scaling, security, and feature enhancement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our platform remains best in class while always keeping the customer lens in mind. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager with core experience into e-gift card industry to join our team and lead the development of our B2B/B2C internal portal. He/She doesn’t shy from going deep into data and doesn't want to compromise customer experience at all. He/She likes working with the same passion for external and internal customer persona. Familiarity with frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA processes is essential. If you don’t panic with ambiguity, if you love new challenges and untouched territory, then this role is for you. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 6-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B & B2C products. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Familiarity with GA, mixpanel, and aws is a plus. Hands on experience on tools like figma, miro to quickly come up with mock-ups and low fidelity prototypes. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ProductBoard is preferred. Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset. Past experience in inventory management systems or software like SAP, Business Central, Katana is preferred. Product Ownership: Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2B/B2C internal admin+client portal, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. You will own the execution of our B2B/B2C Portal with Content Management System (CMS), Inventory and Price Management System (ERP, MRP). Scaling Solutions: Identify and implement solutions to scale the platform effectively, ensuring high availability and performance. Security Management: Collaborate with technology and security teams to establish and maintain robust security protocols, ensuring data protection and compliance. Competitive Research: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends and best practices, driving the development of innovative features that enhance user experience. Customer Focus: Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, gathering feedback and insights to inform product decisions and improvements. You will make sure all features on the platform have right analytical tracking and data capturing in place so that we can understand customer behavior and pain points via data insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, operation, analytics, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement. You should be comfortable diving into data and building right reports and dashboards. Adherence to timelines: One of the most important aspects of this role, would be to adhere to timelines committed for milestones like roadmap creation, UAT, launch. Annual Leave: 22 working days per annum (accrued on a pro-rata basis) effective upon completion of the probation period, plus UAE statutory Public Holidays.
