Job Description: As a member of the Portfolio Reporting & Assurance team. Your role is responsible for creating and managing business-level Integrated Master Schedule through close working with individual project and programme teams. You will also liaise with subject matter experts to identify cross-programme dependencies, create dependency log & track variance Core duties: You will manipulate complex data and schedules to create presentations for audiences at different levels You will interface and report on the whole programme status internally You will drive quality improvements into the build and test schedules You will ensure we are prioritising critical areas of the build to ensure project timelines are adhered to Essential Skills: You will have experience with Primavera P6 You will be able to demonstrate Planning and Scheduling experience within a project environment, this will help to also showcase your communication and problem solving skills You will be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel The Portfolio Reporting & Assurance team: This is an outstanding opportunity for you to make an impact across multiple submarine programmes and strategic targets, including major infrastructure and enablement projects.
