Our team works on a wide range of exciting projects across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Islands, spanning highways, ports, bridges, tunnels, airports, rail, and site development. With a strong pipeline of current and future work, we’re seeking talented engineers and designers to help us make everyday better for our people and clients. In this role, you will: Be responsible for delivering the pavement component of projects on time and within budget Participate in road inspections and contribute to annual network maintenance renewal designs Collate pavement data, develop designs based on client needs, and produce comprehensive design reports Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and clients Collaboratively undertake conceptual to detailed design, and support contract procurement and construction administration Undertake site visits, monitor pavement construction, provide technical support, and complete pre-seal inspections Consolidate and extend your technical skills while seeking learning opportunities Mentor and develop others, and foster client relationships that contribute to repeat business Ko wai koe | About you You are a passionate civil engineer with a design and problem-solving mindset, eager to work on meaningful projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
