About the Role Working closely with the Directors, you will help lead projects, mentor junior staff, and support the next stage of business growth. Key Responsibilities: Leading engineering projects from concept through to delivery. Mentoring junior engineers and drafting staff. Managing client relationships, budgets and delivery priorities. Reviewing technical drawings, documentation and engineering outputs. Contributing to a practical, collaborative and high-performing culture. What We're Looking For To qualify, you will need a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline, alongside at least 5 years’ experience within consulting, project delivery or industrial engineering environments. RPEQ registration (or eligibility) is highly regarded. Strong technical capability within mechanical or structural engineering. Experience mentoring junior engineers or technical staff. Experience across industrial, mining, fabrication or multidisciplinary environments. Commercial awareness and strong project delivery understanding.
