Not from indifference — from the conviction that they can reach it, and that lowering expectations constitutes the actual failure. If this reasoning resonates, continue reading. If it feels unreasonable, this position will not suit you. Alpha students do not attend lectures. They advance through adaptive applications at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your responsibility is ensuring three commitments are fulfilled for every child in your cohort: they develop a genuine love for school, they accelerate learning by 2x, and they acquire capabilities no traditional curriculum provides. You will also develop the Guides who execute these same commitments throughout your campus. All decisions are data-driven and all interactions are conducted in person. Your time divides between your personal student cohort and the Guides under your leadership — with identical expectations for both: quantifiable advancement, without compromise. When a Guide's session underperforms, you do not generate documentation; you observe, conduct an immediate debrief, and implement corrections that afternoon. You will witness reserved children presenting with confidence to adult audiences. You will observe students who previously "despised school" requesting extended hours. And you will understand that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their transformation, because upholding expectations demonstrates your belief in their capacity to exceed them. You may be establishing a new campus from inception and setting the foundational culture that will characterize the institution. As the campus develops, your role evolves from operational founder to coaching executive, cultivating the team that expands Alpha's framework across your territory. If this opportunity appeals to you, submit your application now. What You Will Be Doing Facilitating one-hour live life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with K-8 students covering topics such as public speaking and concentration, adhering to Alpha's defined curriculum framework Conducting daily motivational sessions that ensure 100% student achievement of weekly application-based goals through age-appropriate mechanisms including school currency systems and performance leaderboards Developing Guides through direct observation, precise feedback delivery, and practical skill-building to ensure they execute sessions with equivalent energy and exactness Analyzing Coachbot data and individual student records to determine intervention needs, then executing those interventions directly Directly mentoring your designated student cohort, demonstrating the coaching and motivational methodologies you require from all Guides What You Won’t Be Doing Creating lesson plans or developing curriculum materials. Students progress through adaptive applications; your function is making the people supporting them exceptional. Delivering traditional classroom lectures. Your role is 80% engagement specialist, 20% content expert; if standing at a whiteboard appeals to you, this is not the right fit. Compromising standards due to external pressure from parents or administration. When a student achieves 99%, the response remains "not yet" — and you will have institutional support to maintain that boundary. Spending time in administrative spaces processing documentation. The majority of your day involves direct interaction with students and Guides. Delaying performance adjustments for scheduled reviews. Data is accessible in real-time through Coachbot and course corrections occur immediately. Senior Learning Experience Manager Key Responsibilities Execute Alpha's 3 Promises throughout your cohort and among the Guides under your leadership: every child develops a love for school, accelerates learning at 2x speed, and cultivates authentic life skills.
