About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Kotlin / Java SW Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Job responsibilities: Research, design and development for cutting edge cellular communications solutions using Kotlin, Akka, Gradle, Gitlab and Docker Design and development of Domain Driven Design, Reactive Architecture, Actor based system Develop CI/CD pipeline, Unit tests, integration tests and E2E tests Work collaboratively with professional developers, system architects and product managers to deliver high quality technical solutions Contribute to technological and architectural decisions Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Kotlin and Java software development Experience with functional programming, message-based communication, Reactive programming, DDD and TDD BSc or equivalent in computer science or related field Ability to read documentation and create tools based on the specifications Self-directed - highly capable at planning out work and executing projects independently Team player experienced in working in agile environment Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills Other requirements: Passion for Software Development and Technology in general Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure Good level of spoken and written English language (upper-intermediate) By applying to this position, you are granting us permission to process your CV and keep your profile on file for consideration for this and future opportunities.
