Senior Growth Operator | Work Directly with an 8-Figure DTC Founder | Dubai

Work directly with **a founder** who scaled a profitable DTC business from **$0 to $5M+** monthly revenue. Most marketers spend years managing campaigns. Very few ever learn how to build a real growth engine. We're looking for a hands-on Growth Operator who wants to work directly alongside the founder of a fast-growing, profitable DTC e-commerce company and play a key role in scaling from 8 to 9 figures. This is not a corporate marketing job.
