As a Senior Growth Manager-Non-Gaming you will be the founding growth member of our non-gaming mobile app vertical. This is not just a campaign management role. It’s a system-building role. If you’re driven by measurable impact, experimentation, and building something long-term, we’d love to have you on our team. \n Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end user acquisition strategy and execution for our mobile apps Build the growth infrastructure from scratch (tracking systems, attribution setup, dashboards, reporting standards) Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms Develop and lead creative testing strategies in collaboration with teams Manage and allocate marketing budgets with full accountability for ROAS, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins Design experimentation frameworks to continuously test and scale winning channels and creatives Analyze user behavior and performance data to unlock new growth opportunities Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify scalable expansion strategies Build strong relationships with advertising platform partners Lay the foundation for the future growth team by establishing processes, benchmarks, and best practices. Our ideal candidate has... 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media (mobile app experience strongly preferred) Strong hands-on experience managing paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) Proven track record of scaling user acquisition profitably in consumer mobile apps Deep understanding of key mobile growth metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, monetization models) Experience working with attribution tools and performance dashboards Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills Builder mentality with a proactive, ownership-driven approach Growth mindset with entrepreneurial spirit Fluent in written and spoken English What do we offer?
