Who we are Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. Your role and key responsibilities Development of separators for lithium-ion batteries Analyzing and evaluating technical developments Developing, implementing and supporting strategic projects and partnerships Executing company evaluations as well as literature and patent research Performing and developing technology management What you bring to the team Completed technical/university studies e.g. in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering or comparable qualification >10 years professional work experience in the development of separators for lithium-ion batteries >15 years professional work experience in the development of lithium-ion batteries In-depth knowledge of lithium-ion battery cells for electromobility Professional communication skills in English What makes you stand out PhD in the field of lithium ion batteries desired Ability to take the initiative and high analytical competence Above-average teamwork skills and willingness to travel nationally and internationally Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and Origin software skills What to look forward to Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week) 30 days paid + 10 days unpaid leave Mobile work options Relocation support More benefits to come
