We are expanding Plata’s Acquisition organization and building a new engineering unit responsible for the technology behind several customer acquisition channels. The unit brings together teams working on Marketing Campaign Automation, Bring-a-Friend (Referral Platform), and Telesales solutions that support customer growth and business expansion. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the Acquisition Unit — a team of approximately 30 engineers and specialists across multiple teams. Reporting directly to you will be several team leads responsible for day-to-day team execution and delivery. This is a leadership role focused on scaling teams, driving execution, defining technical strategy, and building a strong engineering organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that the unit delivers reliable, scalable solutions while supporting the company’s growth objectives through technology, automation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a leader with strong engineering judgment, organizational leadership skills, and experience managing multiple teams. Someone who can define direction, develop leaders, improve execution, and build an environment where teams consistently deliver results.
