Berlin, Germany | Hybrid As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support business performance across multiple countries by delivering high-quality reports, deep-dive analyses, and actionable insights. You’ll work closely with stakeholders from marketing, product, customer care, finance, as well as management, acting as a trusted partner in translating data into business impact. Your responsibilities Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders Perform in-depth analyses and ad-hoc deep dives to answer complex business questions Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistent and meaningful performance measurement Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making Manage stakeholder requirements and prioritize analytical work accordingly Present results in a clear, structured, and business-friendly way Lead data projects independently from concept to deliver Your profile 5+ years of experience in data analytics (marketing or business context is a plus) Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience with tools such as Databricks and BigQuery Ability to independently structure analyses and drive projects end-to-end Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluency in English What We Offer As one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
