𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Manage after-sales customer complaints and provide effective technical solutions across the market. Handle repair reports, technical inquiries, and spare parts requests while coordinating with internal teams and service providers. Develop after-sales technical documentation, training materials, and deliver technical/service training to customers and third-party service partners. Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze recurring quality issues, and collaborate with quality and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: - Bachelor's degree or above. - Experience in the battery industry is preferred; candidates from photovoltaic, automotive, auto parts, quality, or R&D backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical mindset. - Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). - Responsible, proactive, and willing to travel frequently for business needs. - Candidates must already possess valid work authorization or legal status to work in the United States, as visa sponsorship is currently limited.
