Location: Washington, DC Metro Area / Hybrid (Remote & On-site as required by project task orders) Job Type: Full-time / Contract About Us BizSolutions 360, Inc. (B360™) is an industry-leading Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) and Business Development consultancy. We deliver high-stakes, mission-critical infrastructure solutions for US Government agencies worldwide. We are aggressively expanding our technical roster. We are looking for sharp, agile, and highly skilled technical personnel ready to support critical facility assets globally. Position Overview We are seeking Active SECRET and Top Secret cleared Technical Staff —specifically licensed Architects, Structural Engineers, and Civil Engineers —with proven experience in federal facility design, asset rehabilitation, and large-scale roofing/building envelope systems. This position operates on a dynamic Remote / On-site hybrid model. While design and coordination work can be executed remotely, this role requires a hands-on approach with a willingness to travel worldwide for facility assessments, site structural inspections, and quality control closures at US government installations globally. Key Roles We Are Hiring For: Project Architects (AIA / RA): To lead building envelope assessments, historic preservation, and roofing design packages compliant with federal standards. Structural Engineers (PE): To evaluate structural load capacities, wind-uplift resistance, and seismic/force protection requirements for complex roofing and building systems. Civil Engineers (PE): To oversee site water management, drainage design, and low-impact development (LID) strategies tied to facility infrastructure. AEC Technical Writers & Quality Assurance Managers: To support strict compliance matrix reviews, field inspection reports, and technical design narratives. Required Qualifications: Clearance: Must possess an active SECRET or Top-Secret security clearance (verifiable via DISS). Applications without an active clearance cannot be considered for this specific IDIQ program. Mobility: Absolute willingness to travel worldwide for short-term international site visits, field surveys, and client walkthroughs at various US government sites. Education/Licensure: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering from an accredited program. Professional licensure (RA, AIA, or PE) is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of experience working on US Federal Government projects (DoD, DoS, GSA, or similar). Familiarity with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), IBC, and federal sustainability mandates. Specific experience with roofing systems, building envelopes, or asset modernization is a massive plus. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or structural modeling software. Robust technical writing ability and a zero-defect approach to compliance. What We Offer: Competitive salary, travel per diems, and comprehensive benefits package. The opportunity to work on highly visible, long-term federal IDIQ task orders across global locations. A fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with clear career progression. Clearance maintenance and sponsorship opportunities for advanced tiers. Submit your resume alongside your current clearance level, a confirmation of your passport readiness for worldwide travel, and a summary of your past performance on federal A&E contracts.
