The Athena team is responsible to deliver and operate a customer masterdata management solution, serving local and RBI group needs. We enable more than 100 data consumers across RBI Group real-time data access applying state-of-the-art architecture patterns. Your mission at RBI Act as a scrum master in the cross-functional Athena team, consisting of RBI HO, RBRO and RBHU. Coordinate and organize the communication, collaborate across hierarchies with teams in head office and RBI Networkbanks in CEE Develop and improve concepts around cross-functional and cross-border innovation and delivery Focus on team health, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team Support and coach the Product Owner(s) in planning and prioritizing demands in the central data backlog Work in a highly motivated, agile team with excellent team spirit Your core competencies: Work experience as Scrum Master or project manager in large environments.
