Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support HR digital transformation initiatives by analyzing business requirements, configuring Employee Central solutions, and delivering scalable HR system enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC and hands-on experience in configuration, support, and HR process optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to: HR master data, Organizational structure, Employee lifecycle events & Workforce administration
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into: System configurations, Functional specifications, Solution design documents
• Support: Implementations, Enhancements, Releases & Production support activities
• Configure and maintain: Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reason Derivation, Role-Based Permissions (RBP) & Picklists
• Perform system testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
• Support data validation, troubleshooting, and system optimization activities.
• Ensure adherence to HR processes, compliance requirements, and system governance standards.
• Work closely with technical and integration teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Good understanding of: HR processes, Employee lifecycle management, Organizational management & Workforce administration
• Experience configuring: Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, RBP, Picklists, Event Reason Derivation
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional solution design.
• Exposure to implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile project environments.
