SAP BW / SAP HANA Consultant

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW / SAP HANA Consultant to develop, maintain, and support enterprise data warehousing and reporting solutions. The role involves SAP BW administration, SAP HANA modeling, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics and planning solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support daily operations of SAP BW systems.
• Perform SAP maintenance activities, including implementation of Security Hot Notes and system monitoring.
• Design and develop SAP HANA Calculation Views, AMDPs, CDS Views, CompositeProviders, and InfoProviders/star schema cubes.
• Build, enhance, and optimize data models in SAP BW and SAP HANA.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning improvements.
• Support data integration and data provisioning solutions, including SAP SLT.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and planning solutions.
• Ensure data quality, system reliability, and adherence to best practices.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with: SAP BW on Oracle, SAP BW on HANA
• Proven expertise in: SAP HANA Calculation Views, AMDP, CDS Views, CompositeProviders, InfoProviders and star schema modeling
• Deep knowledge of SAP HANA modeling techniques and architecture.
• Strong experience in HANA performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data integration and data provisioning tools and solutions, including SAP SLT.
• Good understanding of SAP BPC, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and SAP Integrated Planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
