Develop advanced customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components (LAC), and native Salesforce platform capabilities. Implement and maintain custom business logic, workflows, automation processes, and platform extensions. Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and modern integration patterns. Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and authentication mechanisms. Apply Salesforce Enterprise Patterns and software engineering best practices to ensure maintainable, scalable, and secure solutions. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation sessions, demos, and retrospectives. Perform code reviews and promote development standards, code quality, and governance practices. Contribute to technical architecture discussions and support the evolution of the Salesforce platform. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring platform stability and performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development processes, tools, and delivery practices. 🛠 What we are looking for: + 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong hands-on experience with Apex development, LWC, LAC and Salesforce platform customizations Solid experience with REST API integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, Salesforce security and access control models Strong understanding of Salesforce Enterprise Patterns, Object-oriented programming principles, Software design patterns and Scalable application architecture Experience working with Version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of Salesforce-based business processes and enterprise application development. Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and delivery timelines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and Agile teams.
