Location: Athens, Greece (On-site) Start Date: 24 November Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:0018:00 Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (40h/week) Position Overview We are hiring Bilingual Sales Consultants to join our inbound B2B Sales Project in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals who love communication, negotiation, and helping business clients grow through tailored solutions. As a Sales Consultant, you will handle incoming leads, identify customer needs, provide professional product presentations, and close deals with efficiency and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound B2B leads (no cold calling) Build and maintain long-term business relationships Identify client needs and propose relevant solutions Achieve and surpass quarterly sales targets Maintain high levels of professionalism in every client touchpoint Requirements Spanish and English fluency (minimum B2 level) Minimum 1 year of previous B2B sales experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong motivation, teamwork, and target-driven mindset Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 1,560 gross/month Payments: 14 salaries per year 12 monthly salaries 1 Easter bonus 1 bonus split between Summer & Christmas Uncapped Quarterly Performance Bonus based on results Private Health & Life Insurance 25 days of paid annual leave 50 monthly meal voucher Relocation & Onboarding Support If you are relocating to Greece from abroad: 3 weeks of free hotel accommodation near the office (upon arrival) Relocation support up to 300 gross (included in 1st payment) Reimbursement of flight cost up to 300 gross Legal and administrative support for hiring documentation Important Notes: Employees must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for documents and setup. On-site work required for the first 3 months (unless you already live in Greece with housing and a stable internet connection).
