As a Chalet Host , you will play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience — combining attention to detail, thoughtful service, and a genuine passion for hospitality. About the Role This is a dynamic, guest-facing role within a private chalet environment. You will be involved in all aspects of the guest journey, supporting the delivery of a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay. Working alongside a close-knit international team, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of hospitality, contributing to a high standard of service in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming and hosting guests throughout their stay, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience Supporting the coordination of daily plans, bookings, and in-resort arrangements Assisting with food & beverage service within the chalet environment Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas Anticipating guest needs and responding in a proactive and professional manner Supporting daily operations and adapting to the needs of the team and guests Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery Who We’re Looking For A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented individual Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering high standards Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly Previous hospitality experience preferred, particularly in guest-facing roles Strong communication skills and confidence working with international guests What We Can Offer You Competitive hourly rate Subsidized staff accommodation Staff benefits and local discounts A variety of shift patterns across the season Social events and team activities Opportunity for contract extension or return seasons Visa support available for suitable candidates Seasonal Details Winter seasonal contract (approx.
