Responsibilities Act as the professional face of the company, hosting live games with expert knowledge and high-quality delivery. Engage and interact with players in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an entertaining experience. Represent and maintain the company brand by consistently adhering to the companys grooming and presentation policies. Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in all games while strictly following brand guidelines. Maintain high energy levels throughout your performance, especially during games that require a more animated style. Play an active role in the company's continuous improvement plans to support future growth and success. Requirements Native or fluent proficiency in Russian (C2 level) in both oral and written communication. Good proficiency in English (B2 level). Exceptional presenting skills with an enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing personality. Must hold your own legal eligibility to live and work in Serbia . Flexibility to work within a 24/7 rotational shift pattern (shifts: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00). Strong attention to detail and excellent people skills for this customer-facing role. Ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and maintain accuracy during live broadcasts. Highly reliable with an excellent record for attendance and timekeeping.
