As a Romanian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering excellent support to Romanian-speaking players, ensuring they have an outstanding gaming experience. You will be part of a collaborative, innovative team dedicated to player satisfaction and community building. Your Key Responsibilities Respond to player inquiries in Romanian via various communication channels including chat, email, and social media. Investigate and resolve player issues effectively and empathetically. Gather and share player feedback to support product and service improvements. Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and player experiences. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base content. Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and verbal, is required.
