Ward 8B-Renal In Ward 8B Renal, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals living with acute and chronic kidney disease, including those requiring dialysis and complex medical management. In this rewarding role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage challenging symptoms such as fluid imbalance, electrolyte disturbances, and fatigue, administer medications safely, and closely monitor patients for potential complications. Working alongside experienced senior nurses and clinical development nurses, you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in acute care. Coronary Care Unit In Coronary Care Unit, you will care for patients with acute and complex cardiac conditions in a fast-paced, highly specialised environment. As an RN1 in CCU, you will undertake detailed clinical assessments, provide continuous cardiac monitoring, deliver medications and advanced therapies, and play a crucial role in the early recognition and management of clinical deterioration. Supported by an expert team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care while developing your clinical expertise in a cutting-edge setting. Ward 7A You will be part of a specialised Neurology and Infectious Diseases team, caring for patients across 28 inpatient beds along with 4 dedicated Acute Stroke beds. This fast-paced and highly rewarding environment provides exposure to complex neurological conditions, acute stroke management, and infectious disease care, allowing you to continually expand your clinical knowledge while playing a critical role in patient recovery and outcomes. Ward 7B Offers an equally engaging experience within a 32-bed General Medicine setting, supporting acutely unwell patients with mental health needs as well as those experiencing eating disorders. This ward provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills in both medical and mental health nursing, fostering a compassionate, patient-centred approach while working closely with specialist teams to support recovery and long-term wellbeing. Ward 9A You will join a dedicated Gastroenterology team within a 24-bed medical ward, delivering care to patients with a wide range of digestive and liver conditions. This role offers the chance to build expertise in managing complex medical presentations while contributing to a supportive, collaborative clinical environment focused on excellence in care.
