The Inpatient Hospice, situated on the shores of Lake Burly Griffin in Barton, provides admission for end of life care, symptom management & optimisation and carer respite for patients diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. As a Registered Nurse, you will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate, evidence-based and patient-centred care that makes a meaningful difference to patients in our specialist palliative care setting.
