In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care in a Post-Acute Care setting , focusing on the health, safety, and comfort of our geriatric patients. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Post-Acute Care setting Administer medications and monitor patients’ responses to treatment Assess patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and support patients’ comfort and recovery Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures as needed Educate and support patients’ families on treatment protocols and home care practices Qualifications Active US Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in post-acute, geriatric, or related healthcare settings preferred Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care Valid US Registered Nurse Valid Visa Screen Certicate Visa holder of F1 and TNs are open to apply Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
