Registered Nurse : Canada-Based Candidates Only (USA Placement)

Job Description:

We are hiring qualified Registered Nurses to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to adult patients across multiple clinical departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical foundation, demonstrate excellent critical-thinking skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. This role requires the ability to coordinate patient care across various specialties, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and provide compassionate support to both patients and their families throughout the care continuum.

2. Neurology/Stroke ward

4. Orthopaedics

5. Labour and Delivery

6. Mental Health

7. Telemetry

8. Medical - Surgical

9. ICU

10. PACU

11. Progressive care unit


Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment/Diagnosis

Performs initial, ongoing and functional health status assessment as applicable to the

population and or individual.

2. Outcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing

interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.

3. Implementation/Evaluation -

*Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data.

*Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance


Skills Required:

1. Strong clinical assessment and nursing judgement.

2. Organisational and care coordination skills.

3. Compassion and clear communication.

4. Flexibility in managing mixed-case loads.


Qualifications:

1. NCLEX cleared.

2. English Test cleared.

3. 2 years of Hospital experience.

4. Canadian Passport.
