Reformer Pilates Instructor

Title / Position: Lagree / Pilates Instructor Duration: 24 Months Contract Type: Tax-Free Country Probation Period: 3 Months Preferred Nationality: No Preference Location / Job Site: Kuwait City, Sharq Total Salary per Month: USD 2000 – 2600 (based on experience) Brief Duties Lead individual or group Lagree and/or Pilates sessions (mat, Reformer, Megaformer, Cadillac, or similar equipment). Deliver dynamic, low-impact workouts focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, core stability, and overall fitness. Provide personalized modifications and adjustments to suit varying fitness levels and individual needs. Instruct on proper technique, form, alignment, and breathing to ensure safety and maximize results. Motivate, inspire, and engage clients to encourage long-term participation and goal achievement. Monitor client progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment. Stay updated on fitness trends, Lagree method, Pilates techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education. Contract Duration: 1-year contract (initial), renewable for 1–3 years. Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5–6 days a week). Different shifts (overtime will be paid).
