About this role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and scale end-to-end hiring operations in Amsterdam. This role will oversee recruitment strategy, team management, employer branding, and delivery across technical and non-technical roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units Build and execute hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and growth goals Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs Drive recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience Oversee vendor management, agencies, and external partners Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU labor laws, GDPR, and hiring best practices Implement recruitment tools, ATS optimization, and process improvements Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Proven experience leading recruitment teams Strong knowledge of: Dutch & EU employment regulations End-to-end hiring processes ATS platforms and recruitment analytics Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience recruiting across Europe (local + international hiring) Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring for technology, engineering, or professional services roles Background in scaling teams for fast-growing organizations Employer branding and campus hiring experience Multilingual skills (English required; Dutch preferred) Nice to Have Experience with relocation and visa sponsorship processes Data-driven recruitment optimization experience Exposure to global or EMEA hiring strategies
