The Opportunity: Dublin (with opportunity to relocate to New York)

We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding US construction and engineering division, supporting the growth of our US market from our Dublin office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the US market while developing your recruitment career within an established international business. You'll gain exposure to a highly active market, work with established clients, and build long-term relationships across the construction and engineering sector.

As our US operation continues to grow, this role offers a genuine pathway to international career progression, including the opportunity to relocate to New York with full visa sponsorship provided.

You'll be joining a business with an established platform already in place, including active clients, live vacancies, and an existing candidate network, allowing you to focus on building relationships and generating results from day one.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop and grow a specialist desk within the US construction and engineering market
• Build relationships with clients and candidates across the US
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Source and engage high-quality talent across your market
• Work closely with colleagues across both our Irish and US teams
• Contribute to the continued expansion of our US operation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within agency recruitment
• Experience within construction, engineering, technical, or related sectors is advantageous, but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated by success
• Eager to learn, develop, and progress within a growing business
