As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth front desk operations in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Respond to visitor inquiries, provide information about our services, and direct guests to the relevant departments. Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings. Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Assist with basic administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as required. Maintain accurate visitor logs and follow security procedures. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: English language is a must; additional languages are an advantage. Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service is preferred. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills, suitable for a client-facing role.
