Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience within the Dubai market is required. Candidates not currently residing in the UAE are kindly requested not to apply.

RERA Certification: Preferred but not essential.

Strong Communication Skills: Candidates should demonstrate excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and closing abilities while maintaining strong KPI performance.

Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Seeking ambitious individuals who are highly driven, performance-focused, and committed to long-term success.

UAE Driving License & Own Vehicle: Preferred to facilitate efficient client transportation and property viewings.

Language Requirement: Fluency in Russian and/or European languages (English, French, German, chinese, Spanish, etc.) is highly advantageous, with understanding of international investor clientele and communication styles preferred.

Modern Sales Approach: Seeking real estate professionals who understand luxury property markets, personal branding, digital marketing, and social-first sales strategies to engage today’s international buyers and investors.
