KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT Define and monitor the quality roadmap to meet customer and company targets. Identify risks, prevent issues, and escalate obstacles when needed. Track project milestones and ensure quality cost control. PROCESS COMPLIANCE Ensure consistent application of quality standards and critical characteristics. Support and challenge the project team to meet quality expectations. DESIGN AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT Integrate new product and process elements into risk analysis and validation. Manage changes after design finalization and ensure customer awareness and approval. Update documentation and participate in design reviews. SUPPLIER SUPPORT Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, and quality teams. Ensure timely customer approval of initial samples. Maintain consistency across quality processes and documentation. Track and manage issues using structured problem-solving methods.
