WORK YOU’LL DO As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining server-side logic and applications. You will work collaboratively with other development, DevOps, and business teams to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will participate in code reviews, automation initiatives, and deployment processes, and contribute to improving code quality and software delivery. Responsibilities: Building and maintaining new and existing Python-based applications and microservices. Automating development workflows and optimizing build, test, and deployment processes. Analyzing existing codebases and developing plans for refactoring and performance improvement. Collaborating on the setup and monitoring of application performance tools. Recommending and implementing best practices for software quality and maintainability. Troubleshooting and resolving bugs in applications, services, and integration pipelines. Writing clear and comprehensive technical documentation. WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer in a professional environment. Strong knowledge of core Python and popular frameworks (such as Streamlit [preferably], Flask, FastAPI). Working experience with Docker and containerized applications. Good understanding of Linux-based systems (such as Ubuntu, CentOS). Scripting skills for automation and process improvement (Python, Shell). Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Experience working with databases (for example, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (such as Azure Devops pipelines, Jenkins) Familiarity with monitoring tools (such as Az Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar). Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., HTTP, TCP/IP, REST APIs). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Any experience with Cloud providers, cloud implementations will be considered a strong plus (preferably Microsoft Azure) WHAT S IN IT FOR YOU?
