Project Manager Barrick Pueblo Viejo is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, large-scale projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record managing all phases of major projects—from early development through execution and close-out—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget. Main Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and execution. * Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders. * Drive project performance, ensuring delivery within approved budget and schedule baselines. * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. * Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Requirements * Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects. * Proven experience overseeing full project lifecycle (planning, execution, and delivery). * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Demonstrated expertise in budget control, scheduling, and risk management. * Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Professional certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are highly desirable. * Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
