Property Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE (Preferred) | Open across UAE Emirates (Travel Required) Employment Type: Commission-Based Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. This is a high-reward, commission-based opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales, property consulting, and client relationship management. The company will provide leads/data support to help maximize sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with property buyers, sellers, and investors * Manage end-to-end property sales and leasing processes * Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and consultations * Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful deals * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong market knowledge Must-Have Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in a brokerage firm or real estate industry * Candidates with 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience may also be considered * Must currently be based in the UAE * Must have own car and valid driving license * Must have own visa sponsorship / valid UAE visa * Willingness to travel across Emirates when required * Strong communication and negotiation skills Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Arabic speaking skills are a plus * European nationals preferred * Existing real estate network in UAE market is advantageous Compensation & Benefits * No fixed salary (Pure Commission Structure) * Attractive commission payout: 50% 65% per successful deal * Company-provided leads/data support * Unlimited earning potential for high performers
