Translate business needs into clear project roadmaps with defined priorities. Lead transformation and harmonization initiatives (incl. SAP) across multiple functions. Deliver impactful improvement projects on time, within scope and budget. Manage cross‑functional teams, governance, risks and stakeholders. Support data‑driven decisions through KPIs, dashboards and performance tracking. What we’re looking for: Master’s/Diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Engineering or a related field. Relevant hands-on experience in process transformation, project delivery, stakeholder management C1 English Level – mandatory. C1 German Level – will be a plus.
