Description Our client in the commercial building products industry is looking for a Project Manager to add to their team near Denver, CO. In this role, you will guide commercial projects after award, keeping materials, timelines, documentation, and jobsite needs moving in the right order. You will work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to prevent delays, answer questions, and keep each project on track through completion. To be considered for this role, you must have commercial door and hardware project management or coordination experience, including the ability to interpret project scopes, and communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities • Manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects after award • Review scopes, plans, and hardware schedules to ensure accuracy before release • Coordinate submittals, material ordering, lead times, and delivery sequencing • Communicate with project engineers, superintendents, and vendors • Partner with internal teams on purchasing, fabrication, and shipping • Track scope changes, schedule shifts, and change order needs • Resolve field issues tied to missing, incorrect, or delayed materials • Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and internal teams • Manage multiple active projects across varying sizes and timelines • Support project closeout coordination with internal departments Project Manager (commercial door/hardware industry exp. req.)
