Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Medford, OR) Base salary up to $150K (flexible depending on experience) Relocation assistance available A growing, well-established commercial general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Southern Oregon. With a strong pipeline of work and continued regional growth, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to own projects end-to-end and grow into a senior leadership role. This position is ideal for a mid-level Project Manager (8–12 years of experience) who has successfully run projects independently and is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on PM role where you will truly own your projects, not just support them. You’ll be responsible for full lifecycle project management, including: Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout Owning project financials (budgeting, forecasting, cost control) Leading subcontractor coordination, procurement, and scheduling Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication Driving project timelines, quality, and overall execution Partnering closely with field teams, ownership, and design partners What They’re Looking For 8–12 years of construction experience, with proven Project Manager experience Experience running $10M+ commercial projects end-to-end Strong understanding of project financials and cost control Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project execution Someone looking for long-term growth into a Senior PM/PX-level role Mentorship mindset and team-oriented approach
