This role will lead on-site delivery of complex MEP systems across a major data center project, working closely with contractors, vendors, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure safe, high-quality execution. ⚡ What you’ll do Lead on-site MEP construction across HVAC, chilled water, power distribution, UPS, generators, fire protection, and plumbing Coordinate GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment installation Review drawings, specs, and shop drawings to ensure design compliance Drive MEP coordination, site inspections, quality checks, and issue resolution Support commissioning, startup, functional testing, IST, and project handover ⚡ What we’re looking for 8–10 years’ construction management experience on complex MEP projects Experience in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of MEP sequencing, installation, commissioning, and site coordination Ability to manage contractors, vendors, schedules, safety, and quality Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred ⚡ Preferred Data center or mission-critical project experience Knowledge of N+1 / 2N power and cooling systems Experience with IST, commissioning, and modular infrastructure 🚀 Why this opportunity Work on cutting-edge AI data center infrastructure Join a high-growth platform delivering next-generation modular systems High-ownership site delivery role with strong growth potential
