About the opportunity We’re looking for a Product Manager for our Savings Team to shape our savings product offerings. Our Investments team is dedicated to empowering retail investors by building accessible, transparent, and innovative wealth-building products, including Instant Savings and similar propositions. We believe that saving and investing should be simple, intuitive, fair, and aligned with long-term financial success. As the leader of this team, you’ll drive the evolution of our core Savings offerings, ensuring they are best-in-class for our customers while also being scalable, compliant, and well-integrated with partners and platforms. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, data, compliance, and external stakeholders. And most importantly: you are passionate about helping people have a better relationship with their money, driving positive behaviours and engaging experience around saving towards their goals. Preferred experience if you have a tight grasp of investment products from a retail investor’s perspective and an understanding of the ecosystem, partnerships, and infrastructure required to deliver these products at scale. You’ll need to balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, while driving execution and delivering results. In this role, you will: Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the team, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. Lead end-to-end product development for investment products, from ideation to launch and iteration. Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to build and scale savings products. Analyze data to continuously refine product offerings and identify new opportunities. Drive growth, engagement, and retention of savings products. Foster a data-driven, customer-first culture. What you need to be successful: Background: 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, especially in customer facing products. Experience working with third-party partners, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions to bring investment products to market. Skills: Strategic Thinker: Able to craft a long-term product vision while executing effectively in the short term. Execution-Focused: Strong ability to ship products, drive operational excellence, and navigate complex financial ecosystems. Biased for action. Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret investment data, market trends, and user insights to inform product decisions. Autonomy & Ownership: Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with a high level of independence and responsibility. Stakeholder Management: Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and finance teams. Communication & Leadership: Ability to articulate product decisions, drive alignment, and influence at all levels of the organization.
