This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape something new. ⟢ WHAT YOU'LL OWN: Partner with development teams to set the course and priority of core product functionality and improvements. Define the structure, user journey, and visual presentation of new product elements, crafting detailed site maps and screen layouts. Produce thorough, technical blueprints for engineering to ensure all capabilities meet business goals and user requirements. Confirm that proposed feature requirements are practical, attainable, and align with confirmed customer expectations. Liaise extensively with Quality Control, Product Management, Design, and Engineering to ideate solutions, weigh options, and settle on the optimal execution. Solicit and incorporate user feedback on design proposals, concepts, and final layouts using mockups, prototypes, and formal reviews. Support the QA team by assisting with test strategy development, conducting integration checks, and leading user acceptance testing (UAT). Maintain the project roadmap, monitor the completion status of features, and inform stakeholders of significant shifts or upcoming deliveries. Fulfill other duties as assigned by direct management. ⟢ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 5+YOE in UI/UX design, featuring a portfolio of successful web and mobile application launches. Expert knowledge and application of the design thinking framework in product development. Mastery of industry-standard design software, including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Exceptional capability for clear communication and effective teamwork, including the ability to provide and receive critical feedback. Highly proficient in articulating design rationale, concepts, and final outcomes to stakeholders in a persuasive manner. Extremely high level of attention to detail to ensure perfect visual quality and uniformity across all output. Proven ability to integrate seamlessly and work closely with software engineers and fellow UI/UX specialists.
