Job Summary Cogent Labs is looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) with 4+ years of relevant experience to help us drive Customer Experience success by applying human-centered design principles. In this role, you will transform brand value and strategic insights into compelling design solutions, effectively addressing both customer needs and business objectives. Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital products, including interfaces, design systems, and prototypes. Ensure high-quality, user-friendly designs while presenting and refining concepts with stakeholders and the Design Lead. Required skills At least 4 years of experience in a UI/UX design role. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and UX/UI design. Act as an advisor to business and technical stakeholders, on design practices that demonstrate value to our customers. Ability to plan long-term while assessing value, risks, and business outcomes. Proficiency in using Figma and its component library capabilities. Expertise in developing creative design solutions for responsive web platforms. Experience in hands-on UX (user flows, information architecture, user testing, etc.) Fluency in English, with a deep understanding of Japanese B2B practices and culture. Working Conditions Employment Type : Full-time employee Work Location : Minato-ku, Tokyo (change not expected) Scope of Work : Work as specified by the company Employment Period : Permanent (not fixed term) Probation Period : 3 months Salary Annual salary (Total Target Cash Compensation) : 6.5 million yen to 8.5 million yen Details: Monthly salary : 500,001 yen to 615,943 yen Base salary 369,943 yen + fixed overtime pay [for 45 hours] 130,058 yen ～ Base salary 455,726 yen + fixed overtime allowance [for 45 hours] 160,217 yen ※Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours worked beyond 45 hours. ※Base salary will be determined based on experience and ability ※Performance-based bonuses are provided twice a year ※Commuting Allowance are paid separately Working hours - Basic working hours 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Break - 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (60 minutes) Holidays - Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays Paid leave - Up to 20 days per year (separate bereavement leave available) Smoking area - Separated in the building
