Procurement Engineer | Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam | Multiple Positions Location: Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam, Saudi Arabia Salary: SAR 10,000 – 12,000 Total Package per Month Additional Benefits: Visa Sponsorship & Medical Insurance Provided We are currently recruiting for multiple Procurement Engineer positions on behalf of a leading construction and project delivery organization in Saudi Arabia. This role is suited to experienced Procurement Engineers who have built their careers supporting major construction, infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or MEP projects across Saudi Arabia and possess strong knowledge of local suppliers, procurement processes, commercial evaluation, and project delivery requirements. The successful candidates will play a key role in managing the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring materials, equipment, and subcontracted services are sourced competitively, procured efficiently, and delivered in line with project schedules and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process from material requisition through to purchase order issuance and delivery. Review BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and material submittals to determine procurement requirements. Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and procurement enquiries. Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors across Saudi Arabia. Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with project, engineering, quantity surveying, and material control teams. Manage long-lead and short-lead procurement planning. Track supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Prepare procurement logs, reports, and purchasing documentation. Ensure all procurement activities comply with project requirements, budgets, and company procedures. Support subcontract agreement preparation and administration. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical). Minimum 8 years of Procurement Engineering experience within Saudi Arabia . Proven experience supporting construction, infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or MEP projects. Strong understanding of BOQs, shop drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals. Experience managing RFQs, supplier evaluations, procurement negotiations, and purchase orders. Strong knowledge of the Saudi supplier and subcontractor market. Experience with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and procurement reporting tools. Strong commercial awareness and contract administration exposure.
