Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Consultant in Respiratory Medicine with additional expertise in Sleep Medicine, embedded within a UHNW Family Office healthcare structure in Abu Dhabi. This role is focused on advanced respiratory diagnostics, sleep-disordered breathing management, and long-term optimisation of cardiopulmonary performance within a high-net-worth population with frequent international travel and multi-residence lifestyles. You will oversee complex respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and unexplained dyspnoea, alongside full sleep medicine evaluation such as obstructive sleep apnoea, circadian rhythm disorders, and fatigue-related performance decline. A key aspect of the role is executive performance optimisation through respiratory efficiency, sleep quality improvement, and fatigue risk mitigation. You will coordinate advanced diagnostics including polysomnography, pulmonary function testing, and imaging interpretation, working closely with internal medicine, cardiology, and preventive medicine teams within a discreet multidisciplinary governance framework. Care pathways extend across Abu Dhabi, Europe, and the United States, ensuring continuity of specialist input across jurisdictions.
