Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine joining a Family Office clinical governance structure in Doha. This role is designed for structured, preventive, and longitudinal internal medicine oversight within a high-net-worth family system operating across Qatar, Europe, and international travel environments. You will act as a senior clinical decision-maker responsible for complex diagnostic evaluation, chronic disease optimisation, and coordination of subspecialty care across global private healthcare networks. The position is embedded within a discreet multidisciplinary team including executive physicians, emergency cover support, and external consultants across UK, Europe, and US tertiary centres. Your focus is long-range clinical stability, risk prevention, and high-level medical coordination rather than episodic acute care. This is a governance-level medical role where precision, judgement, and continuity are more important than volume of clinical activity.
