This role is designed for high-acuity clinical intervention outside traditional hospital infrastructure. You will lead advanced airway management, sedation, peri-arrest stabilisation, and critical care decision-making in remote or mobile environments including private yachts, executive aircraft, and luxury residences. You will act as senior escalation authority for evacuation pathways requiring ICU-level care, coordinating direct transfer into tertiary centres in Europe, the UK, or the United States. The role integrates closely with emergency medicine and preventive physicians but remains focused on procedural leadership and critical stabilisation. This is a low-frequency, high-stakes clinical environment where technical precision, rapid judgement, and composure under pressure are essential.
